Origin: Cambodia
Following the same cultivation requirements as black or white Kampot pepper, Kampot red pepper is harvested by hand when it has reached full maturity. The red peppercorns are then washed and then dried in the sun, before being carefully sorted in order to keep only the best grains.
Relatively mild in nature, it goes perfectly with white meats, but also with fruit or chocolate-based desserts.
