Piokaline is an exclusive extract of Chondrus Crispus, a red algae called Pioka in Breton. Very rich in fiber, it is a valuable aid in the context of a diet or difficult intestinal transit.

Usage tips

As part of a diet: 2 to 4 capsules 15 minutes before a meal with a glass of water.

Difficult transit: 2 to 4 capsules midday and evening during the meal.
