KAMPOT BLACK PEPPER (65g)

Origin: Cambodia

To be labeled "Kampot pepper", it must meet specific requirements of geographical criteria linked in particular to the richness of the soil on which it is cultivated. It grows on raised terrain (hills or mountains), on lateritic or sandy soils. Indeed, in addition to the need for a humid tropical climate, the pepper tree fearing suffocation of its roots, it is important to ensure optimal drainage of its soil, facilitated by sloping grounds.

Like all pepper, Kampot pepper is available in green, black, red, or white pepper, depending on its harvest phases (picked young until fully ripe).
Entirely fed with natural fertilizers, and subject to reasonable watering, the pepper that I offer you is also ECOCERT recognized.
